Yes, all transactions are supported by payment institutions regulated by the Central Bank and other European entities. These platforms guarantee the security and protection of all funds.
If Saturno Capital ceases operations, investor funds will not be affected, as they are deposited in segregated accounts managed by the project promoters. Investors would maintain a direct relationship with them.
Any legal entity or individual over 18 years of age who meets the legal requirements can invest in our projects, whether personally or as a business.
The minimum investment is determined in each project's Public Investment Offering and can range from €5,000 to €50,000. This allows more people to participate in exclusive opportunities, but prevents them from investing ridiculous amounts that increase the cost of operational management of the project.
Returns depend on the success of each project. Although a minimum return is not guaranteed, projects with construction projects have demonstrated high profitability potential due to their low initial costs and high demand in the real estate market. We do not consider transactions with returns below 15%.
Each project undergoes a rigorous financial, technical, legal, and urban planning analysis by our team of experts before being presented to investors. We reject any transaction that does not expect a minimum return of 15%. Yes, during the first 14 days, as a guarantee in case of change of heart. After this period, the funds are committed until the project's completion. However, in some cases, there is the option to transfer your investment to another Club member or another investor on the waiting list, with prior authorization from Saturno Capital.

Saturno Capital does not charge investors additional fees for participating in projects. Most of the associated fees are related to the operating costs of the projects themselves and are reflected in the individual agreements for each project.
The main risks of any real estate investment include not achieving the expected return or a lack of liquidity if the project is not sold or leased as planned. In such a case, you could lose part or all of your investment, a highly unlikely event, as the developer will not have any type of loan, eliminating the risk of interest increases or foreclosures and seizures due to non-payments.
With no possibility of the developer going bankrupt or assets being seized, the possibility of a total loss of your investment is much more difficult than with most crowdfunding platforms, where projects typically have mixed mortgage financing and investor participation via loans.
However, we recommend diversifying your investments across different projects to mitigate these risks.
Like any other investment portal, Saturno Capital cannot guarantee investment recovery or a minimum return. However, the years of investment experience of the team that runs and manages it have allowed them to understand the mindset of an investor, and they have designed a strategic plan both for analyzing and selecting investment projects and for offering investors guarantees that no other investment portal will offer, making losses truly difficult (guaranteed 100% recovery of the investment in case of change within the first 14 days or if the investment offer is not completed, guarantee that the developer will not be able to take out loans, etc.).
If the purchase process for the properties subject to the Investment Offer is ultimately not completed, the investor recovers 100% of their investment, with the members of the developer's management team assuming all losses.
Once the properties have been acquired, and although we take every possible measure to minimize risk, there is a possibility that the project may not generate the expected returns or may be halted. In such a case, you could lose part, and in hypothetically remote cases, all of your investment. This latter scenario is highly unlikely, since the Club's strict guarantees on the developer practically eliminate the risk of increased interest costs, as well as foreclosures and foreclosures due to non-payment of installments or loan repayments.
